This is NOT the same as the ‘end of class’ tag out of “The Five Tenets of Tae Kwon Do”. The tenets are the same, however, this is a chant I developed, with student help, (Thx, Blake:-) to teach the tenets to the ’12 and under’ set.

The Fist and Foot Five Tenet Chant is done “call and response” style.

“Repeat the Five Tenet chant!”
