Tuesday

• Camouflage Belt and above: 6:30-7:00
• All Abilities “Tuesday Shoes-day Class,” ‘workout-shoes’ are encouraged (ask for details): 7:00-7:45pm

Wednesday

• ASD/ADHD class: 6:30pm-7:00pm
• All Abilities 7:00pm-7:45pm

Thursday

• Camouflage Belt and above: 6:30pm-7:15pm
• White Belt through Green Belt: 10yr thru 18yr: 7:15 – 8:00pm
• Adult 8:00 9:00pm

Friday

• Adult 10:30 -11:30
• Youth 11:30 – 12:30 All Abilities

Sunday

• On Sundays, 12:30 til 1:15 pm Youth, All ranks & All Abilities
• 1:15 to 2:00. Camo belt and above  
• Between 2:00 thru 4:00 special needs students are able to pick which 30 min time slot works best for your schedule
• Adults class is a 60min class at 4:30-5:30.

ALL ADULT STUDENTS, PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

You must be old enough to sign your own waiver to attend the Adult class. “Cuz, while we’re not trying to hurt each other, we ain’t playin’ patty cake either.”   😉

COSTS*:

Your first class is FREE.

• Youth: 3 Months* $125.00; Yearly $500.00 **
• Adult: 3 Months* $150.00: Yearly $600.00**
• Yearly Membership Fees for All classes: $45.00 This includes a “Fist and Foot” Uniform Shirt, Hat, and a White Belt.  (Students making renewals can choose other premiums.)
• Continuous enrollment IS required to keep your Yearly Membership valid.

We accept Cash, Check (w/Valid NE or IA Drivers License), Money Orders. Our credit card patrons may visit our PayPal page.

*Sorry, no refunds of monthly fees. **Yearly Membership Fee is waived when Class Fees is paid yearly
