• Youth 6yr to 18yr -11:00 – 11:45pm; w/11 to 18yr til 12:00pm
• Adult 12:00pm till 1:00pm
• Non to Moderately Verbal ASD and Severe ADHD 1:00 – 1:20pm

Sherman Community Center

5701 North 16th Street (at the corner of the Storz Expressway and 16th Street)

Wednesday

• Adult ASD and other Needs 1:30pm – 2:30pm
• Youth ASD/ADHD class: 6:30pm-7:00pm
• Youth – All Abilities 7:00pm-7:45pm
• Adult – All Abilities 7:45pm-8:30pm

Friday

• Adult 10:30am -11:30am
• Youth 11:30am – 12:30pm All Abilities

Sunday

• 12:30pm – 1:15pm Youth, All ranks & All Abilities
• 1:15pm – 2:00pm, Camo belt and above  
• 2:00m – 2:20pm Low to Non-Verbal ASD
• 2:30pm – 3:00pm Unassigned
• 3:00pm – 4:00pm Adult – All Abilities

ALL ADULT STUDENTS, PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

You must be old enough to sign your own waiver to attend the Adult class. “Cuz, while we’re not trying to hurt each other, we ain’t playin’ patty cake either.”   😉

COSTS*:

Your first class is FREE.

• Youth: 3 Months* $125.00; Yearly $500.00 **
• Adult: 3 Months* $150.00: Yearly $600.00**
• Yearly Membership Fees for All classes: $45.00 This includes a “Fist and Foot” Uniform Shirt, Hat, and a White Belt.  (Students making renewals can choose other premiums.)
• Continuous enrollment IS required to keep your Yearly Membership valid.

We accept Cash, Check (w/Valid NE or IA Drivers License), Money Orders. Our credit card patrons may visit our PayPal page.

*Sorry, no refunds of monthly fees. **Yearly Membership Fee is waived when Class Fees is paid yearly
